Jaslyn Roberts is a Principal Consultant with The Netta Group, LLC, www.nettagroup.com. After a diverse career in corporate and nonprofit organizations, she formed her consultancy to focus on her passion for developing emerging leaders. Prior to The Netta Group, Jaslyn was the Director of Talent Development at Charlotte Works and VP, Sr. OD consultant at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo).
Jaslyn’s career in Human Resources has been in diverse industries including manufacturing, sales, financial services, and workforce development. Her experiences include executive coaching, diversity & inclusion, talent development, learning and development, and operations management. In her current work, she consults with emerging businesses and nonprofits focused on strengthening their HR and operations infrastructure, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, coaching, and learning & development.
Jaslyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, and a Master of Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte. She earned executive coach certifications from Queens University at Charlotte and Paradigm 360 Coaching & Consulting.
Jaslyn holds several training certifications including master trainer from Achieve Global (Miller Heiman), DDI Targeted Selection Trainer, Civil Treatment series with Employment Learning & Innovations, Diversity Practitioner with EYCA, and the Center for Creative Leadership Benchmarks ® By Design™ suite of 360 feedback instruments.
Jaslyn is an authorized partner with Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions certified in Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.
Jaslyn has a passion for developing cross-cultural relationships, servant leadership, and has served on local boards including Teen Health Connection, Leadership Charlotte, and YBLA. She is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte and was the 2019 president of the International Coach Federation – Charlotte Area Chapter.
