Julie Rizo, MS, CF-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist clinical fellow originally from St. Louis, MO. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from St. Louis University and a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. Julie initially became interested in the field of Speech-Language Pathology when she saw the positive impact that speech therapy had on her family member with autism. She has experience working in various settings with children and adults, including; a pediatric daycare for medically fragile children, an elementary school, a pediatric private practice, and a skilled nursing facility. She enjoys supporting and assisting individuals in achieving their highest communication potential while improving the quality of life for her clients and their families. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, her two kids, and her pug. She also loves running, hiking, cooking, yoga, traveling, interior decorating, and being outdoors.
